Apex Rapid Labs is a 3D printing and rapid prototyping studio founded with a single mission: to give engineers, makers, startups, and businesses across India access to fast, high-quality manufacturing — without the lead times or minimum order quantities of traditional tooling.

Our production facility is based in Surat, Gujarat, where we operate FDM printers capable of producing parts in PLA, PLA+, and ABS, with build volumes up to 25×25 cm. We offer 3D printing services in Surat, Gujarat and ship finished prototypes and production parts anywhere in India — from Ahmedabad and Mumbai to Bengaluru, Delhi, and beyond.

We don't print blindly. Every project goes through a review — we check your file for printability, suggest the best orientation, and recommend the right material for your use case. If you don't have a file yet, our in-house CAD team can model your idea from a sketch, photo, or description.

No fixed pricing because no two projects are the same. Every quote is calculated on material weight, print time, complexity, and finish requirements — so you only pay for exactly what your part needs.
