FAQ
Common questions about our services, materials, and process.
Does Apex Rapid Labs ship outside Gujarat?
Yes — we're a Pan-India business. Our production facility is in Surat, Gujarat, and we ship finished parts and prototypes anywhere in India.
What file formats do you accept for printing?
STL, OBJ and STEP files are ideal. If you don't have a print-ready file, send a sketch, photo, or description and our CAD team can model it for you. We also accept 3MF, STP, and ZIP archives.
How is pricing determined since there's no fixed price list?
Every project is quoted individually based on material, size, complexity, and finish requirements. Upload your file for a quote, or reach out on WhatsApp if you don't have a file ready yet.
What materials are available?
PLA, PLA+, and ABS at launch, with a maximum build volume of 25×25 cm. Need something beyond that? Contact us — larger parts can often be printed in sections and assembled.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround varies by order complexity, material, and quantity — this is confirmed as part of your quote. Most single-part prototype orders complete within a few business days.
What is the maximum print size?
Our standard build volume is 25×25 cm (width × length). Larger items can be printed in sections and assembled post-print.
What if I have an idea but no 3D file?
That's perfectly fine — our CAD design service exists for exactly this. Share a sketch, photo, reference image, or just describe your idea over WhatsApp and our designers will model it for you.
